Privacy Policy

WizForm is built around a simple principle: your data is yours. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.

Local-First Processing

Contract generation runs entirely in your browser. The questions you answer, the data you enter, and the documents you create never leave your device. Nothing is stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the page, your contract data is gone unless you explicitly download or copy it.

AI Assistant

WizForm includes an optional AI chat assistant to help you choose the right contract type. When you use the assistant, the messages you type in the chat are sent to our server, which forwards them to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) to generate a response.

Only your chat messages and conversation history within that session are sent. Your contract form data, document content, and personal details entered in the wizard are not included in these requests.

OpenAI's data usage policy applies to the chat messages processed through their API. We do not store your chat conversations on our servers after the session ends.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use WizForm. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly and collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views and visitor counts. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across websites. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any other third-party tracking scripts.

Cookies

WizForm uses only essential cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

  • sidebar_state — Remembers whether the sidebar is open or collapsed. Expires after 7 days. Contains no personal data.
  • Supabase session cookies — If you sign in, these cookies maintain your authentication session. They are strictly necessary for the login feature to work and contain no tracking information.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information unless you voluntarily contact us. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
