What WizForm Is

WizForm is a free, browser-based tool that helps you generate contract documents by answering guided questions. It includes an optional AI chat assistant that can help you choose the right contract type. WizForm is a document generation tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

Not Legal Advice

The contracts generated by WizForm are templates and starting points. They are not a substitute for professional legal counsel. Laws vary by jurisdiction, and a template cannot account for every situation. For important or high-value agreements, have your contract reviewed by a qualified attorney before signing.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the contract wizard.
• You are responsible for reviewing the generated document and confirming it meets your needs before using it.
• You are responsible for ensuring the contract is valid and enforceable in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for obtaining any independent legal advice you may need.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WizForm to:

• Generate contracts for illegal purposes or activities.
• Create documents intended to defraud, deceive, or harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service's source code or templates for commercial resale.

No Warranty

WizForm is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the generated documents are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific legal purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WizForm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of WizForm after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
